Hello,

I’m a student from pate’s grammar school in Cheltenham in year 12 and we’re doing a charity challenge day when we’re raising money for the motor neuron disease association. For this, we’re organizing a wide range of events.

One of the things we are doing is organizing the head boy of our house to have his afro shaved off. For this we would need a mobile barber and I was wondering if you could give a quote to come into the school to shave off his afro in a public event?

Thank you in advance,

Florence Henry.

So we replied…….

Hi Florence

Thanks for the email.

When is the event at your school? Let me know the details and hopefully we can do something for you guys. As for the price, well as its for ‘Charity’ it will be free! Hopefully that’s cheap enough for you guys

Kind regards

Andy

So we sent Olly along armed with his clippers!!!

Mike wearing the famous Andys and Co T shirt, taken on 9th August at The Bayon – one of the many temples in the ancient Khmer city of Angkor Thom (part of the amazing Angkor complex – one of the greatest archaeological and architectural sites in the world, near present day Siam Reap, Cambodia). The temple was built around 1177 and has 54 towers, each of which has four huge carved faces of King Jayavarman the 7th – looking out in the four cardinal directions over his Kingdom. Supposedly, the huge towers and faces were originally covered in gold!
